Baby Dance Club

Get dancing & connecting in our NEW baby community class. An easy going environment in a brand new studio with zero judgement!

Our team of thoughtful instructors are committed to providing an engaging and welcoming experience for everyone, no matter their experience level.

We understand that people who have given birth may need to modify and take breaks and that will be encouraged and celebrated at the studio.

Stroller parking on the main floor. *There are 10 stairs to get into our space. Fridge on site, baby change station, diaper genie and extra wipes & diapers for when needed.

CLASS CREDITS: We understand that life with a baby can be tough time wise, so we offer 1 credit per session for a missed class.

Baby Dance Club™ is a 30 minute dance class by Flux Flow Dance Centre with connection and chats after for parents/caregivers of babies 0-12 months old! The class is designed to create community and joy for adult participants while providing tools to connect with babies through dance. No baby music here! We’ll have a fun upbeat playlist to get us dancing and laughing. This class offers seated alternatives.

Open to any parent/grandparent/caregiver and baby age 0-12 months (must be old enough to be held while doing baby safe movements, or be held in a baby carrier.)

30 Minutes of Dance Party & 30 Minutes of Connection & Chats with snacks and coffee!
