dress rehearsal

Saturday May 31st at the Palmerston Library Theatre

All performers are expected to be present for the dress rehearsal. It is the only opportunity to rehearse on stage prior to the showcase.

Please note: These are dress rehearsals, so come with your costume and shoes, and hair styled as per your character (makeup is optional). Bring a water bottle and snacks/food with you. Do not bring any valuables as we cannot be responsible for missing items. All performers will sit in the audience to watch the other class shows if they wish.

• Arrival Window for First MT & Drama Stars 1:45-2:00pm to sign in and drop off your students with the Generations team.

  First MT & Drama Stars Dress Rehearsal runs 2:15-3:15pm

• Arrival Window for Junior MT 3-3:15pm to sign in and drop off your students with the Generations team.

  Junior Musical Theatre Dress Rehearsal runs 3:30-4:30pm

• Arrival Window for Youth MT 4:45-5:00pm to sign in and drop off your students with the Generations team.

  Youth Musical Theatre Dress Rehearsal runs 5:15-6:30pm

theatre location & accessibility

The Musical Theatre dress reherasal will be held at the Palmerston Library Theatre (560 Palmerston Ave, Toronto, ON M6G 2P7). This is a 15min drive (traffic depending) from the studio.

Parking Information: Green P parking is available at 557 Palmerston Avenue and at 675 Manning Avenue.

TTC Information: Take the Bloor-Danforth subway line to Bathurst subway station, exit to Markham Street, the library is visible through the parking lot.

Theatre Accessibility

The theatre is located in the basement of the library. Backstage and stage are wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms upstairs are gendered and wc accessible. The elevator you take to go from the first floor to the basement of the Theatre is a tight fit for scooter users. It also needs a key to be used, so staff will be called to take patrons down.
