TECH & DRESS REHEARSAL

THURSDAY, JUNE 6TH AT YORK WOODS LIBRARY THEATRE

All Dance and Musical Theatre students are expected to be present for these tech and dress rehearsals. It is the only opportunity to rehearse on stage prior to the showcase. Friday June 7th is a PD Day for the TDSB and TCDSB students, which we hope helps the late night.

DANCE & FIRST MUSICAL THEATRE REHEARSAL (Please arrive in your time window)

• All dance classes (Tiny, Mini & SK-Gr.8)

• First Musical Theatre “Cookies” Musical

Please note: This is a TECH rehearsal only - do not come with your costumes, and no hair styled or makeup is required. Wear your dance class attire, and bring your dance shoes, water bottle and snacks/food with you. Do not bring any valuables as we cannot be responsible for missing items. All performers will sit in the audience and be called side stage when it’s their turn to perform, so they may watch the other classes.

• Arrival Window 4:30-5:00pm

• Tech Rehearsal 5:00-7:30pm

• All Tiny Dancers must have one parent with them. They will go on stage first and can immediately leave when finished.

• All Mini Classes will go onstage second so they may leave once they have rehearsed on stage approx. 6pm.

• Parents of tiny and mini students may sit at the back of the theatre or with their student if needed. All other parents may leave to retrun or wait in the theatre or library lobbies if they wish.

MUSICAL THEATRE REHEARSAL (Please arrive in your time window)

Please note: This is a DRESS rehearsal. Bring your full costume with all accessories and shoes, and come with any integral hair and makeup your character requires. Please bring a water bottle and snacks/food with you. Do not bring any valuables as we cannot be responsible for missing items.

• Arrival Window The Rainbow Fish & Broadway Stars Cast 6:45-7:15pm

• Mic’s 7:15-7:30pm

• Dress Rehearsal 7:30-8:45pm

• Arrival Window for The Magical Land of Oz Cast 8:00-8:30pm

• Mic’s 8:30-8:45pm

• Dress Rehearsal 8:45-10:00pm
