NxtGen Assisstant Tribe
For teens age 12+ who want to assist in our Junior level Dance and Musical Theatre programs with strong mentorship.
The NxtGen ASSISTANT TRIBE is a group of current students
ages 12+ who want the opportunity to assist in our Junior level Dance and Musical Theatre programs. High School students can use their assisting time towards their Community Involvement Hours.
All volunteer assistants will be placed in a class of the same genre they are registered for or have previous experience in. Our Assistant Tribe members are treated like professionals and are expected to arrive on time, be present and engaging, and set a stellar example. A maximum number of 3 absences per term is allowed.
All tribe members will attend a mandatory min-summit in September to prepare and connect for the season ahead. We will call on the tribe members to help with events, open house performances, showcases and other opportunities. Tribe members are invited to all community events, and end the season with a fun group activity to celebrate the year!
