2025/26 season fees, payment plans & policy updates

Fees for the 2025/26 season will be shared end of May

Our general fees for the 2024/25 season were:

1hr Kids Class $27.83 + hst (included a branded body suit or t-shirt)

1hr Adult Classes $21 + hst

1hr First MT Class $29.16 +hst (included a branded body suit or t-shirt)

Next season will not be far off from these.

Payment Policy

PAYMENT OPTIONS: You may pay per month or make one upfront payment. All monthly payments are processed on the 15th of the monht September to May.

SERVICE FEES: Effective January 2025, there is a 2.4% transaction fee families are responsible for paying. Service processing fees are non-refundable. 

ONE TIME FAMILY REGISTRATION FEE: All new families (for camp, year long programs or kids sessions) will be charged a one time family fee of $40+hst. Adult students are not charged the one time family fee.

PAYMENT METHODS: Fees are made by credit card (Visa, Master Card) for upfront and all monthly payments through JackRabbit. Upfront payments may also be made by e-transfer to connect@generationsperformingarts.com.

SESSION PROGRAMS: All fees are due up front in order to complete the registration and for the participant's spot to be reserved. FEES FOR THESE CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you require a payment plan, please reach out to us, we can schedule 3 month payment plans for all session programs. 

SESSION CREDITS: All Adult & Baby Dance Club sessions will receive credits for up to two missed classes during a session that must be used within one year from the credit before they will expire.

DEPOSITS: All year long programs are charged a deposit that secures your spot in the class. All deposits are non-refundable.

WITHDRAWING: Students withdrawing must give written notice to connect@generationsperformingarts.com (Attention Lee-Anne).

CLASS TRANSFERS: Class transfers are available up until January 1st, 2026, as long as there is space. If the new class fee is more than the previous class, the monthly payments will be updated to reflect this or the remaining fee will be posted for those who have paid in full. If the new class fee is less than the previous class, a credit or refund for the difference will be posted to the account (as per the families request).

REFUNDS: Prorated refunds are available for withdrawals received before January 1st, 2026 for year long programs. A $25+hst administrative fee will be deducted, as well as tuition for any classes already passed. Any student who withdraws from a year long program prior to January 1st, 2026 will receive a prorated refund for any pre-paid classes remaining.  No refunds will be issued after January 1st, 2026 for year long programs. All deposits are non-refundable. Costume & Production fees are non-refundable. 

COSTUME, PRODUCTION & PHOTO FEES: Costume & Production fees for classes with year-end Showcase performances (Dance, Musical Theatre & Adults) will be charged January 15th, 2026. This includes costumes, lighting, sound, stage managing, sets, props, video keepsake and photos.

PAYMENTS: All monthly payment instalments are due on the 15th of the month and will be processed automatically. Initial payments (one time family registration fees, deposits, etc.) will be charged immediately and production fees, camp fees will be charged on the set dates in their description. Summer camp payments are charged May 1, 2025, production fees are charged January 15, 2026

PERMISSION: All cardholders authorize Generation Performing Arts Centre permission to charge their credit card provided on the set dates outlined in the policy AND in the class descriptions.

NSF FEES: All NSF fees will be charged back to the customer.

BURSARY FUND

Generations offers students / families who may be experiencing financial insecurity and require support in order to fully utilize and invest in the performing arts at Generations Performing Arts Centre. Please apply by filling out the form below to be considered for a one time bursary.
